Return and Refund Policy

At Omnismen, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note that items sent back without prior return authorisation will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us.

Refund Processing

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the full amount paid for your item will be refunded to your original payment method or as store credit in certain cases.

  • Online Payment Orders: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days post-inspection to the bank/credit account linked to your purchase.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed within 10–12 business days post-inspection. Please provide your bank details via contact@omnismen.store. A convenience fee of Rs 100/- will be deducted from the refund value.

The timing of your refund depends on how long it takes your chosen returns courier to deliver the items back to us. Refunds are only issued to the original payment method for online payments and to your provided bank account for COD orders. For purchases partially or fully paid with a gift card, the refund will first be applied to the gift card.

Keep proof of return postage receipts, as we may need to view these as part of your return query.

Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account. If you do not see your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider.

Made-to-Measure Garments

For Made-to-Measure garments, we provide video or photo verification before delivery to ensure quality and confirm the garment's condition.

If your garment arrives damaged, you have 48 hours from delivery to contact us and report the issue. You may be eligible for in-store credit, with deductions applied for delivery and fabric costs.

Note: Made-to-Measure garments are generally non-returnable, and  Exchanges are possible only in rare cases.

Simply contact us at contact@omnismen.store to confirm instructions and initiate the request. Once approved, the credit can be used for your next purchase online or in-store.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue promptly and ensure it is resolved to your satisfaction.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions to Returns

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
