It is our primary duty to reassure you that you receive your deliveries on time and that the return process is hassle-free from the time you order until the delivery comes to you. Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details.
During festive periods or high-demand seasons, processing times may take slightly longer, but we always strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates-India
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on all orders over ₹1,500, or a flat rate of ₹100 for orders under ₹1,500.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available for ₹200.
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): Available for ₹300.

Please note that delivery estimates may vary depending on your location, courier delays, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
- Express Shipping: FedEx / DHL / Aramex - Up to 14 business days
- Regular Shipping: India Post - 4–6 business weeks
Returns: We do not permit returns/refunds for international orders. In rare cases, returns may be considered if the customer agrees to cover shipping costs and any applicable customs duty or related fees.
Shipping & Customs Charges: All associated shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Customs duty, if any, will need to be cleared by the recipient of the order.
Please note that international delivery times may also vary depending on customs clearance, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you do not receive this email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, be sure to get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to locate your order and provide assistance in resolving the issue. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to help you recover your item.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached and in their original packaging.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review the following conditions carefully:
- Final sale or clearance items – Not eligible for return or exchange.
- Beauty & Personal Care – Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.
- Sample sale items – No returns will be entertained.
- Digital products or downloads – Not eligible for return or exchange.
- Gift cards – Non-returnable and non-refundable.

Special Cases
- Personalised or custom-made products – Cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective on delivery.
- Gift-wrapped orders – Refunds or exchanges will be issued after deducting a convenience fee of Rs 100/-.
How to Initiate a Return

Submit a Return Request: Email our support team at contact@omnismen.store with your order number and reason for return.
Alternatively, you can use the “Start a Return” option in your account on our website (Shopify return portal) to select the order, choose items, and generate a prepaid return label for domestic returns. - Receive a Return Label: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for domestic orders. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Send Back Your Item: Securely package your item and either drop it off at your nearest carrier location or have a designated courier partner pick up the product from your registered address (pickup may take up to 7 business days).
Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
- Online Payment Orders: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days post-inspection to the bank/credit account linked to your purchase.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed within 10–12 business days post-inspection. Please provide your bank details via contact@omnismen.store. A convenience fee of Rs 100/- will be deducted from the refund value.
The timing of your refund depends on how long it takes your chosen returns courier to deliver the items back to us. Refunds are only issued to the original payment method for online payments and to your provided bank account for COD orders. For purchases partially or fully paid with a gift card, the refund will first be applied to the gift card.
Keep proof of return postage receipts, as we may need to view these as part of your return query.
Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account. If you do not see your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original purchase for a refund. This ensures that you receive your preferred product as quickly as possible.
Please note: Opting for an exchange does not guarantee availability. Stock is not reserved at the time of request, and the item(s) may sell out before your exchange is processed. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive an email confirmation.
Category-specific guidelines:
- Clothing & Footwear: Exchanges are accepted for size or fit issues only, provided the item is in new, unworn condition with original tags and packaging.
- Electronics: Exchanges require original packaging, serial numbers, and all accessories. A restocking fee may apply, and warranty or technical support options may need to be reviewed before approval.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@omnismen.store with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations & Order Changes
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@omnismen.store. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order. In such cases, you may return the item following our standard return policy.
